Event Planning, Wedding Planning, and more day of coordinating, oh my!
To help our customers understand everything we can offer, we thought we could give a glimpse into our current projects.
Project #1- TD Lee Farms The Grand Opening of the Mercantile
The sweetest family owns TD Lee Farms outside of Melvin, IL. You can check out their website at https://www.tdleefarms.com/ They sell home grown beef, along with farm fresh eggs, and other adorable items in their Mercantile shop.
The Mercantile is a growing endeavor for the farm. In order to help build interest and knowledge of what TD Lee Farms Mercantile offers, they are hosting a grand opening event on April 23rd. Guests are invited to see the farm for him/herself, along with meeting the vendors that will be featured at the Mercantile. A few of their vendors include:

Events with Taylor and Jenny has created a vision board, social media campaign with individual posts, assistance in helping map out the event, creating ideas on how to make the most of the event, and any other assistance needed.
We can't wait to see this families dreams come true in opening the Mercantile to the public officially.
Project #2 - A Magical Family Celebration
As with many families, the dreaded C-word put a long term pause on family celebrations. We have the privilege to plan a celebration of not only marriage, but also two magical twin boys birthday celebration.
One of Jenny's friends found his forever person a few years ago. After they got engaged they knew starting a family may be a challenge for them, so they started trying right away. After a quite a bit of trail and error, they became pregnant with not just one, but two precious boys! Covid was in full force at the time and wanting to be protective of the pregnancy the couple had a private ceremony at the courthouse. The boys were born, but had to spend time in the NICU, so Mom and Dad were cautious to be sure they kept as many germs at bay as possible.
As busy working parents of almost one year boys, they don't have much free time to plan a party, so they asked Taylor and Jenny to take care of everything!
After meeting with them to make a plan for the event, we created invitations, we contacted vendors, and worked on a menu for the event. Taylor and Jenny are taking care of everything from addressing the invites, to creating centerpieces, to taking care of every single detail in set up, and take down. By having us take care of every detail, the parents are able to host a celebration of wedding, but also a gathering with family and friends with their soon to be one year old twins.
We can't wait for this event later this spring, and look forward to more celebrations like this in the future.
Project #3 - A.S. Wedding Planning
A bride heard from one of our friends that we were in the event planning and coordinating business. This bride was planning a Spring Wedding and were thinking of hosting the event on her families property. She knew there would be lots of details to be taken care of, so she reached out to us. She secured us to help her create a vision and feeling for the event. After our first meeting we started to contact vendors for her to gain bids for the items needed for the tent, tables/chairs, linens, etc. We secured various bids and presented them to the couple.
After going over each bid, the couple was interested in searching for other venue location options. Jenny and Taylor started searching for venue options that met the couple's needs. By doing all the background work for vendors and venues it allows the couple to focus on their engagement. We have taken on the stress of researching and searching for venues. We manage all of the communication between the client and vendors/venues. Throughout the planning process we will take care of all the details! All the bride has to tell us is yes or no, we take care of the rest.
Along with planning, we will also be there leading up to the wedding. We will run the rehearsal, we will create the schedule for the event, and manage each detail of the day.
We can't wait to continue our journey with our clients, and see their day come alive from the very start, to the very finish!
